STATISTIC ANALYSIS
This study is based on data collected from 39 persons who are
practicing sun gazing (SG), 29 of them (74%) being males. Their average age is
45 years, 36 of them (92%) are doing SG while standing barefoot on bare earth
and 96% of the subjects are doing SG during the 1 hour after sunrise/before
sunset.
The brain/head/mind, the eyes and the solar plexus/digestive
system appeared to be particularly energized by SG.
32 persons (82%) reported better mood
30 persons (77%) reported increased energy level

persons (74%) reported greater control of emotions
28 persons (72%) reported increased mental power
27 persons (69%) reported improved health
27 persons (69%) reported increased physical strength
22 persons (56%) noticed increased interest from the opposite sex
22 persons (56%) reported reduced sleeping time
21 persons (54%) reported decreased hunger
20 persons (51%) reported improved eyesight.
The results were found to be correlated with 3 parameters: the
number of months of SG, the number of minutes of SG and the latitude.
The number of months of SG was found to be correlated with: health,
mood, mental power, control of emotions, level of energy.
The improvement of the above parameters is obvious starting from the fifth
month of SG, the improvement of mood being 100% certain at this stage.

The number of minutes of SG per day was found to be correlated with: physical strength, mood, control of emotions, mental
power, sleeping time .
The physical strength, mood, control of emotions and mental power
are markedly improved starting with 15 minutes of SG. The improvement of mood
and control of emotions is 100% certain at this stage.
The sleeping time is significantly reduced starting with 21minutes of SG per
day.

per week, the level of energy, health, physical strength, mental power and the
perceived interest from the opposite sex.

The reduced number of SG days/week at latitudes above 39 degrees might be explained by the
increased number of cloudy days in northern areas.
This fact together with the lower intensity of the sunlight at northern
latitudes are affecting the level of energy, health, physical strength, mental
power and the perceived interest from the opposite sex, of people living at
latitudes above 37-39 degrees.
